填入 名稱(此處範例為 Create User ) 並 選擇Type DB Service Custom。
將Privileged Operation 條件放入 Create user 所有相關條件，並根據需求調整 Severity 及設定 Followed Action 。
調整 Apply to 頁簽設定需套用的服務並Save。
